Section of the works means the sections into which the works are divided for the purposes described and set out in the specification.

  • Construction activity means any clearing, grading or excavation associated with large construction activity or associated with small construction activity.

Materials purchased directly by the Government are supplies, not construction material.

  • Control equipment means equipment necessary for the setting and/or unsetting of an immobilizer.
