Secretary of State Risk Assumptions means those assumptions set out in Schedule 9.3 (Secretary of State Risk Assumptions);

  • Secretary of State means the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware.

  • Certificate of Trust means the Certificate of Trust in the form of Exhibit B to be filed for the Trust pursuant to Section 3810(a) of the Statutory Trust Statute.

  • L/C Amendment Application means an application form for amendment of an outstanding standby or commercial documentary letter of credit as shall at any time be in use at the Issuing Lender, as the Issuing Lender shall request.

  • City Commission means the legislative body of the City of Miami.

  • UCC Filing Authorization Letter means a letter duly executed by each Loan Party authorizing the Agent to file appropriate financing statements on Form UCC-1 without the signature of such Loan Party in such office or offices as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the Agent, desirable to perfect the security interests purported to be created by each Security Agreement, each Pledge Agreement and each Mortgage.

  • Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in- charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;

  • Certificate of origin means the document provided by the manufacturer of a new motor vehicle, or

  • Board of County Commissioners means the Board of County Commissioners, Orange County, Florida, or their duly authorized representative(s).

  • Time of application means the date a participating lender receives an application from a participating community.
