The Adviser and the Sub-Adviser hereby expressly acknowledge that the Trust’s certificate of trust is on file in the Office of the Delaware Secretary of State and that the debts, liabilities, obligations and expenses incurred, contracted for or otherwise existing with respect to a particular series of the Trust are enforceable only against the assets of such series only, and not against the assets of the Trust generally or any other series thereof.
