Examples of Second Short Form Notice in a sentence

  • As soon as practicable after the Settlement Approval Order and Judgment, the Settlement Administrator shall send the Second Short Form Notice by first class mail, proper postage prepaid, to members of the Settlement Class identified during the First Class Notice.
