Second Exchange definition

Second Exchange has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(b). “Securities Act” means the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
Second Exchange means the time at which the exchange of documentation specified in clause 5.2 hereto occurs.
Second Exchange shall have the meaning set forth in the first recital of this Agreement.

  • Whenever notice is required to be given under this Note, unless otherwise provided herein, such notice shall be given in accordance with Section 9(f) of the Second Exchange Agreement.

  • Optional Exchange Date means any date on which Underlying Securities subject to Optional Exchange are distributed to a Certificateholder.

  • Direct Exchange has the meaning set forth in Section 11.03(a).

  • Alternative Stock Exchange means at any time, in the case of the Ordinary Shares, if they are not at that time listed and traded on the ASX, the principal stock exchange or securities market on which the Ordinary Shares are then listed or quoted or dealt in;

  • Private Exchange shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1 hereof.
