Optional Exchange definition

Optional Exchange means the exchange of Certificates of any Series (or Class within such Series) for a pro rata portion of the Deposited Assets of the related Trust.

  • In the event of an Optional Exchange, the Trustee shall only deliver the Underlying Securities to the purchaser of such Underlying Securities or sell the Underlying Securities pursuant to this Section 13, as the case may be, against payment in same day funds deposited into the Certificate Account.
