Second Demand Note definition

Second Demand Note means the demand promissory note dated September 17, 2008 made by the Borrower payable to the order of the Secured Party. Secured Agreement refers, when used with respect to any Secured Obligation, collectively to each instrument, agreement or other document that sets forth obligations of the Borrower, obligations of a Guarantor and/or rights of the holder with respect to such Secured Obligation. Secured Guarantee means, with respect to each Guarantor, its guarantee of the Secured Obligations under Section 2 hereof or Section 1 of a Pledge Agreement Supplement.
Second Demand Note shall have the meaning specified in subsection 1.14.
