Secured Guarantee definition

Secured Guarantee means, with respect to each Guarantor, its guarantee of the Secured Obligations under Section 2 hereof or Section 1 of a Security Agreement Supplement.
Secured Guarantee has the meaning specified in Section 1 of the Security Agreement.
Secured Guarantee means, with respect to each Guarantor, its guarantee of the Secured Obligations under the Guarantee Agreement (including any guarantee supplement delivered pursuant to Section 16 thereof).

  • The obligations of each Guarantor under its Secured Guarantee shall be limited to an aggregate amount equal to the largest amount that would not render such Secured Guarantee subject to avoidance under Section 548 of the United States Bankruptcy Code or any comparable provisions of applicable law.

  • If all or part of any Secured Party’s interest in any Secured Obligation is assigned or otherwise transferred, the transferor’s rights under each Secured Guarantee, to the extent applicable to the obligation so transferred, shall automatically be transferred with such obligation.
