Second Chain Finished Product Validation means, with respect to a Product, the successful Validation and release by JBI (or its Affiliate, designated representative or Manufacturing Subcontractor) of a third batch of such finished Product using the second, independent supply chain established by JBI pursuant to Section 6.1.2(e).

  • Product Manufacturer means the entity that assembles the component parts to manufacture the final Product;
