SCSO definition

SCSO means the entry screen used when a convicted sex offender who has already been entered into the Registry, changes county of residence. The use of this screen will place the offender in an inactive status in the county he/she is leaving.

  • Such notice will include the names of the SCSO employees who will be involved in the maintenance activities, the date, time, and duration of the activities, and a brief description of the nature, extent, and justification for the maintenance activities.

  • The SCSO must relinquish System Access immediately upon resolution of the Emergency Situation.

  • If the SCSO accesses the Cameras in an Emergency Situation, the SCSO shall provide the District with written notice of said activation no later than twenty-four(24) hours after System Access.

  • The SCSO shall advise the District of any change in a SCSO Authorized Official or in contact information for any such Authorized Official within seven (7) days of such change.
