Scope of Consent. Your consent to receive Disclosures and transact business electronically, and our agreement to do so, applies to any transactions to which such Disclosures relate.

Any consent made pursuant to this Section 10.5 by a holder of Notes that has transferred or has agreed to transfer its Notes to the Company, any Subsidiary or any Affiliate and has provided or has agreed to provide such written consent as a condition to such transfer shall be void and of no force and effect except solely as to such holder, and any amendments effected or waivers granted or to be effected or granted that would not have been or would not be so effected or granted but for such consent (and the consents of all other holders of Notes that were acquired under the same or similar conditions) shall be void and of no force and effect, retroactive to the date such amendment or waiver initially took or takes effect, except solely as to such holder.
Scope of Consent. Purchaser hereby consents and agrees to receive Company Disclosures and transact business electronically, and Purchaser’s agreement to do so, applies to any transactions to which such Company Disclosures relate, including the Membership Interests issued to Purchaser.

Any consent made pursuant to this Section 12.5 by a holder of Notes that has transferred or has agreed to transfer its Notes to the Company, any Restricted Subsidiary or any Affiliate and has provided or has agreed to provide such written consent as a condition to such transfer shall be void and of no force and effect except solely as to such holder, and any amendments effected or waivers granted or to be effected or granted that would not have been or would not be so effected or granted but for such consent (and the consents of all other holders of Notes that were acquired under the same or similar conditions) shall be void and of no force and effect, retroactive to the date such amendment or waiver initially took or takes effect, except solely as to such holder.
Scope of Consent. You agree that any Communication we provide you may be in electronic form, and that all Communications in electronic format from us to you will be considered “in writing.” Your consent to receive Communications electronically applies to all Communications relating to your use of the Products and Services or your relationship with us. You also agree that H&R Block does not need to provide you with an additional paper (non- electronic) copy of the Communications unless specifically requested as described below. You should print or download for your records a copy of this Agreement and any other Communication that is important to you. This consent does not require us to deliver Communications electronically, and we may provide paper copies of Communications at our discretion.
Scope of Consent. This Consent applies only to the matters explicitly addressed herein and no other execution, amendment, modification or termination of any term of the Loan Agreement is authorized hereby. (Signature Page Follows)
