Sale Collateral definition

Sale Collateral. As defined in the first paragraph of Article II.
Sale Collateral means any real or personal property acquired as a result of a "credit bid" at a foreclosure or bankruptcy sale of any Collateral.

  • Mortgage Collateral the “Collateral” as defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
