Company Related Party has the meaning set forth in Section 3.19.
Company Related Parties means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries and any of their respective former, current or future stockholders, managers, members, directors, officers, employees, agents, advisors, other representatives or successors or assignees of any of the foregoing.
Agent-Related Person means the Agent, together with its Affiliates, and the officers, directors, employees, agents, advisors, auditors and attorneys-in-fact of such Persons; provided, however, that no Agent-Related Person shall be an Affiliate of Borrower.
Agent-Related Persons means the Agent, together with its Affiliates, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and attorneys-in-fact of the Agent and such Affiliates.
Substantially relates means the nature of criminal conduct for which the person was convicted has a direct bearing on the fitness or ability to perform one or more of the duties or responsibilities necessarily related to the occupation; and
Federally related transaction means any real estate related
Contractor Related Parties means any affliates of the Contractor and the Contractor's executive officers, Pennsylvania officers and directors, or owners of 5 percent or more interest in the Contractor.
Family relationship means a relationship between a person and another person within the third degree by consanguinity or the second degree by affinity, as those terms are defined by Subchapter B, Chapter 573, Texas Government Code.
Health-related services means the same as in A.R.S. § 36-401.
Seller Related Party means Seller, its Affiliates and its and their respective stockholders, partners, members, officers, directors, employees, controlling persons, agents and representatives.
Health status-related factor means any of the following factors:
Tobacco-related devices means cigarette papers or pipes for smoking.
Parent Related Parties means, collectively, (i) Parent or Merger Sub; and (ii) the former, current and future holders of any equity, controlling persons, Representatives, Affiliates (other than Parent or Merger Sub), members, managers, general or limited partners, stockholders and assignees of each of Parent and Merger Sub.
Flood-related erosion means the collapse or subsidence of land along the shore of a lake or other body of water as a result of undermining caused by waves or currents of water exceeding anticipated cyclical levels or suddenly caused by an unusually high water level in a natural body of water, accompanied by a severe storm, or by an unanticipated force of nature, such as a flash flood, or by some similarly unusual and unforeseeable event which results in flooding.
Bona fide physician-patient relationship means a treatment or counseling relationship between a physician and patient in which all of the following are present:
Parent-subsidiary relationship means a relationship that exists when one corporation directly or indirectly owns shares possessing more than 50 percent of the voting power of another corporation.
Lender-Related Person means, with respect to any Lender, such Lender, together with such Lender’s Affiliates, officers, directors, employees, attorneys, and agents.
Seller Related Parties means, with respect to each Seller, the TGE Entities, such Seller and such Seller’s stockholders, partners, members, Affiliates, Representatives, controlling persons and agents.
Significant relationship means a situation in which the actor is: (1) the complainant's parent, stepparent, or guardian; (2) any of the following persons related to the complainant by blood, marriage, or adoption: brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, first cousin, aunt, uncle, nephew, niece, grandparent,great-grandparent, great-uncle, great-aunt; or (3) an adult who jointly resides intermittently or regularly in the same dwelling as the complainant and who is not the complainant's spouse. Drug-related criminal activity means the illegal manufacture, sale, distribution, use, or possession with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute, or use of a controlled substance (as defined in Section 102 or the Controlled Substance Act [21 U.S.C. 802]).
Substantial governmental relationship means the extent of a governmental relationship necessary under Ohio law to make an added guarantee contract issued incident to that relationship valid and enforceable. A guarantee contract is issued "incident to that relationship" if it arises from a clear commonality of interest in the event of an UST release such as conterminous boundaries, overlapping constituencies, common groundwater aquifer, or other relationship other than monetary compensation that provides a motivation for the guarantor to provide a guarantee.
Construction activity means any clearing, grading or excavation associated with large construction activity or associated with small construction activity.
Disinfection profile means a summary of Giardia lamblia inactivation through the treatment plant.
Responsibility means a duty for which a person is accountable by virtue of licensure.
Flood-related erosion area management means the operation of an overall program of corrective and preventive measures for reducing flood-related erosion damage, including but not limited to emergency preparedness plans, flood-related erosion control works and floodplain management regulations.
