Safety and health plan definition

Safety and health plan means a plan prepared under WAC 173-340-810.

  • Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) means the United States Environmental Protection Agency.

  • Clean Air Act or “Act” means the federal Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 7401-7671q, and its implementing regulations.
