Right of Pledge definition

Right of Pledge means all contents set forth in Article 2 hereof.
Right of Pledge means the security interest granted by the Pledgors to the Pledgee pursuant to Article 2 hereof, i.e., the Pledgee’s right to be paid in priority with the price at which the Equity is transferred, auctioned or sold.
Right of Pledge means each right of pledge created by this Deed and any Supplemental Deed of Pledge in accordance with Clause 3 (Pledge of Receivables).
