Pledged Equity definition

Pledged Equity has the meaning specified in the Security Agreement.
Pledged Equity has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.01.
Pledged Equity shall refer to all equity legally held by the Pledgor in the Domestic Company.

  • There are no outstanding options, warrants or similar agreements, documents, or instruments with respect to any of the Pledged Equity.

  • The Pledged Equity constitutes 100% or such other percentage as set forth on Schedule IV of the issued and outstanding shares of Capital Stock of the applicable Pledged Entity.

More Definitions of Pledged Equity

Pledged Equity means the equity interests listed on Schedule 1, together with any other equity interests, certificates, options or rights of any nature whatsoever in respect of the equity interests of any Person that may be issued or granted to, or held by, any Grantor while this Agreement is in effect.
