Revenue Data for Settlements means energy quantities used in accounting and billing as determined pursuant to Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix and the corresponding provisions of Operating Agreement, Schedule 1.

  • Structured settlement means an arrangement for periodic payment of damages for personal injuries established by settlement or judgment in resolution of a tort claim or for periodic payments in settlement of a workers’ compensation claim.

The remainder is to be paid to Participating Class Members as Individual Class Payments.

  • Gross Settlement Amount means $990,000 which is the total amount Defendant agrees to pay under the Settlement.
