Resettlement Plan definition

Resettlement Plan or “RP” means each resettlement plan for a Subproject, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower pursuant to the requirements set forth in the RF and cleared by ADB;
Resettlement Plan or “RP” means the resettlement plan for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower and cleared by ADB;
Resettlement Plan or “RP” means the resettlement plan for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by GPG, through CDG, and cleared by ADB;

  • The IPP shall execute the Rehabilitation and Resettlement Plan if required be prepared in consultation with the GoJ, duly vetted by the latter at its own cost and the cost so incurred shall form part of the Project Cost.

  • Any such Resettlement Plan shall be prepared based on the final detailed design for such Subproject, and such Resettlement Plan shall be disclosed to affected people in accordance with ADB’s applicable information disclosure requirements for resettlement.


More Definitions of Resettlement Plan

Resettlement Plan means any plan prepared following the requirements of the Resettlement Framework and approved by the Bank.
Resettlement Plan means a document or documents to be prepared, when applicable, in accordance with the provisions of the Resettlement Framework as referred to in Section I.C.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and to be published and available to the public on the website ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇ and outlining specific implementation procedures, mitigation measures and monitoring procedures (including cadastre and action plan) for any involuntary resettlement under the Project, as said plan may be amended from time to time with the Bank’s prior approval.
