Retirement Plan Transfer Account definition

Retirement Plan Transfer Account means the separate account maintained under the Trust that has been established solely by funds transferred from the trust maintained under the Retirement Plan to this Plan, as a “qualified replacement plan” under section 4980(d)(2) of the Code. The initial balance of the Retirement Plan Transfer Account shall be equal to 25% of the “employer reversion,” described by section 4980(c)(2) of the Code, from the Retirement Plan. The Retirement Plan Transfer Account shall be invested in the Plan’s default Investment Fund as of the date of transfer.
Retirement Plan Transfer Account means such account as defined in Appendix B. Effective on and after December 6, 2011, each Participant’s Retirement Plan Transfer Account shall be 100% vested and nonforfeitable.
Retirement Plan Transfer Account means such account as defined in Appendix A and/or Appendix B, as applicable.

Related to Retirement Plan Transfer Account

  • Transfer Account means the account established hereunder to which amounts transferred to this Plan from a direct plan-to-plan transfer in accordance with Section 4.7 are allocated.

  • Retirement Account means any retirement or pension fund or account, listed in Iowa Code section 627.6(8)“f” as exempt from execution, regardless of the amount of contribution, the interest generated, or the total amount in the fund or account.

  • Rollover Contribution Account means the separate Account maintained for a Member to record such Member's share of the Trust Fund attributable to any Rollover Contribution made to the Plan on his behalf.

  • Employer Contribution Account means, for any Participant, the account established by the Administrator or Trustee to which Employer Contributions made under Section 3.5 for the Participant's benefit are credited.
