Retained Customer Accounts definition

Retained Customer Accounts means those customer accounts identified on Section 1.1(a) of the Disclosure Letter.
Retained Customer Accounts are, on any date of determination, the Eligible Customer Accounts that Borrower retained during the measuring period. For the avoidance of doubt, no New Customer Accounts shall be included in determining the number of Retained Customer Accounts.
Retained Customer Accounts has the meaning set forth in the Distribution Agreement.

  • For avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Section 7.8(f) shall apply to services purchased by Verizon or its Subsidiary or Subsidiaries under Transferred Affiliate Arrangements or Tariffs to the extent such services are not used to serve Retained Customer Accounts, or Contracts described under clause (y) above, or Blended Customer Contracts described under clause (z) above, both as of and after the Closing Date.

Related to Retained Customer Accounts

  • Customer Account means an account carried by a Participant on behalf of a Customer.

  • Customer Assets means the Customer’s infrastructure, data, software, materials, assets, equipment or other property owned by and/or licensed or leased to the Customer and which is or may be used in connection with the provision of the Services;

  • Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.

  • User Account means an account under the name of the Customer in relation to the Service subscribed by the Customer.

  • TCP Customers We will not impose Credit Management Charges unless the Charges are a reimbursement of our costs and you are advised of their amount or method of calculation.

  • Customer channel termination point means the location where the customer either inputs or receives the communications.

Sprint’s carrier access billing system is its Carrier Access Support System (CASS). CASS mirrors the requirements of CABS.

  • Self-service storage facility or "facility" means any real property designed or used for the purpose of renting or leasing individual storage space to tenants who are to have access to that space for the purpose of storing and removing personal property.

  • Customer-Funded Upgrade means any Network Upgrade, Local Upgrade, or Merchant Network Upgrade for which cost responsibility (i) is imposed on an Interconnection Customer or an Eligible Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, section 217, or (ii) is voluntarily undertaken by a New Service Customer in fulfillment of an Upgrade Request. Customer Interconnection Facilities:

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • End Customer means any party that is licensed to receive the Data either directly or via a Redistributor or group of Redistributors.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;
