residence contract definition

residence contract means a contract, agreement, scheme or arrangement which creates or gives rise to a right to occupy residential premises in a retirement village, and may take the form of a lease or licence;
residence contract means the Residence Contract to which this Agreement is ancillary giving the Resident the exclusive right to reside in the Accommodation Unit and entered into simultaneously with this Loan Agreement.
