Repair and Replacement Costs definition

Repair and Replacement Costs mean the costs for major repair and replacement costs, excluding preventive maintenance, of project Facilities as determined in accordance with the Agency design-build- operate service contract and as otherwise determined by the Board.
Repair and Replacement Costs means all repair and replacement costs related to the System incurred by the District to repair or replace a Capital Facility or any component thereof in any particular fiscal year or period to which said term is applicable or charges made therefor during such fiscal year or period, including amounts reasonably required to be set aside in reserves for items of Repair and Replacement Costs, the payment of which is not then immediately required.
Repair and Replacement Costs means any obligations incurred by the Owner Partnership between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date for repairs or replacements at the Mall to the extent such repairs or replacements should be capitalized under generally accepted accounting principles.

  • Project Costs means all allowable costs, as set forth in the applicable Federal cost principles, incurred by a recipient and the value of the contribu- tions made by third parties in accom- plishing the objectives of the award during the project period.

  • Repair means to restore to proper operating condition a tank, pipe, spill prevention equipment, overfill prevention equipment, corrosion protection equipment, release detection equipment or other UST system component that has caused a release of product from the UST system or has failed to function properly.
