RENT STABILIZATION DATE definition

RENT STABILIZATION DATE means, with respect to each Construction Project, the date which shall be (i) the first day of a Fiscal Quarter (ii) not more than six (6) months after the date on which the first certificate of occupancy (or the equivalent) has been issued for any portion of such Construction Project and (iii) set forth in a notice from Borrower to Agent given prior to such Rent Stabilization Date.

  • Crisis stabilization unit means a short-term facility or a

  • Final Stabilization means that all soil disturbing activities at the site have been complete, and that a uniform perennial vegetative cover with a density of 70% of the cover for unpaved areas and areas not covered by permanent structures has been established or equivalent permanent stabilization measures (such as the use of riprap, gabions, or geotextiles) have been employed.

  • Investment Start Date : means 22 July 2022 or if such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the following day which is a Scheduled Trading Day.

  • Crisis stabilization means emergency, psychiatric, and substance abuse services for the resolution of crisis situations and may include placement of an individual in a protective environment, basic supportive care, and medical assessment, and, if needed, referral to an ODMHSAS certified facility having nursing and medical support available.

  • Loan Commencement Date means, with respect to each Loan, the first Business Day of the calendar month following the Funding Date of such Loan.

  • Opening Date means the day on which we first authorize the opening of the facilities, Guest Rooms or services of the Hotel to the general public under the Brand.

  • Second Reset Date means the date specified as such in the Final Terms;

  • Lease Date means the later date upon which this Lease is signed by Landlord and Tenant.

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Increased Facility Closing Date any Business Day designated as such in an Increased Facility Activation Notice.

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.

  • Second Restatement Date means October 20, 2011.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Amortization Commencement Date means the date on which an Amortization Event is deemed to occur pursuant to Section 20 hereof.

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Auction Date means the first Business Day preceding the first day of a Dividend Period.

  • Rate Stabilization Fund means the Rate Stabilization Fund created under the Program Resolution.

  • Accumulation Commencement Date means January 1, 2021, or such later date as the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer determines in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof.

  • Term Start Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.01.

  • Interest Commencement Date means the Issue Date of the Notes or such other date as may be specified as the Interest Commencement Date in the relevant Final Terms;

  • Occupancy Date means the date on which occupancy of all Units in a Project is permitted;

  • Bid Opening Date means the date the Bid is opened by the City.

  • Post-Stabilization Care means Medically Neces- sary services received after the treating physician determines the emergency medical condition is stabilized.

  • Monthly Date means the last Business Day of each calendar month.

  • B-BBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;
