Renewable Gas definition

Renewable Gas means Compatible Gas produced from renewable source as defined in the relevant European Renewable Energy Directive in force.
Renewable Gas means biogas as defined in Article 2, point (28) of Directive 2018/2001, including biomethane, and renewable gaseous fuels part of fuels of non- biological origins (‘RFNBOs’) as defined in Article 2, point (36) of that Directive’;
Renewable Gas means gas derived from Organic Waste that has been diverted from a landfill and processed at an in-vessel digestion facility that is permitted or otherwise authorized by 14 CCR to recover Organic Waste, or as otherwise defined in 14 CCR Section 18982(a)(62).

Examples of Renewable Gas in a sentence

  • A chemical or compound that may negatively impact the Merchantability of Renewable Gas.

  • If Integrity Protective Constituents are at or below the Lower Action Level, the Renewable Gas may be injected into the Utility’s system subject to all other requirements set forth in this Rule.

  • The concentration or measured value of a Constituent, used to screen Renewable Gas during the initial gas quality review and ongoing periodic testing, requiring a shut-off of Renewable Gas supply if exceeded three times in a 12-month period.

  • If such an agreement cannot be reached, then Utility shall estimate the Renewable Gas deliveries, and correct the reading to a zero error for the period during which the meter was in use.

  • Transfer of custody and risk of loss of all Renewable Gas shall pass from Interconnector to Utility at the Interconnection Point.


More Definitions of Renewable Gas

Renewable Gas means gas derived from Organic Waste that has been diverted from a landfill and processed at an in-vessel digestion facility that is permitted or otherwise authorized by 14 CCR to recover Organic Waste.
