Remarketing Proceeds Account means the account so designated in the Purchase and Remarketing Fund which may consist of one or more accounts established for the deposit of remarketing proceeds from the remarketing of one or more subseries of the City’s bonds into which such remarketing proceeds may be deposited prior to the withdrawal of such proceeds to pay the purchase price of tendered bonds of that subseries.

Remarketing Proceeds Account means the Remarketing Proceeds Account of the Bond Fund created in Section 4.01 hereof.

Remarketing Proceeds Account means the Remarketing Proceeds Account of the Bond Fund created in the Indenture.

Upon receipt from the Trustee of the immediately available funds transferred to the Paying Agent pursuant to 8.5 of this Series Indenture, the Paying Agent shall deposit such money in the Standby Purchase Account for application to the Purchase Price of the 2024 Series C-2 Bonds to the extent that the moneys on deposit in the Remarketing Proceeds Account shall not be sufficient.
Amounts held in the Standby Purchase Account and the Remarketing Proceeds Account by the Paying Agent shall be held uninvested and separate and apart from all other funds and accounts.

Notwithstanding the above, if there are no Bank Bonds Outstanding, the proceeds of a remarketing of 2024 Series C-2 Bonds in the Remarketing Proceeds Account in excess of the Purchase Price of such 2024 Series C-2 Bonds may be invested in Investment Securities in accordance with an Authority Request.

More Definitions of Remarketing Proceeds Account

Remarketing Proceeds Account means the account by that name within the Purchase Fund established pursuant to Section 4.12.
