Definition of Tendered Bonds


Tendered Bonds means Bonds tendered or deemed tendered for purchase, the purchase price of which was paid by a draw under a Letter of Credit.

Examples of Tendered Bonds in a sentence

Tendered Bonds not delivered to the Tender Agent by the Purchase Date shall constitute Undelivered Bonds and shall not be considered Outstanding under this Seventh Supplemental Indenture on and after the Purchase Date.
