Relevant Multiple definition

Relevant Multiple means such number of monthly contributions to a Savings Plan as the Board may, in its discretion, invite Eligible Employees to make in connection with the grant of an Option under the Plan, and, where the context admits or requires, the number of such contributions to which a particular Participant shall have committed himself;
Relevant Multiple means the multiple determined by dividing the Relevant Transfer Value by the sum of the Relevant EBITDA for the three financial years of the relevant Borrower prior to the Relevant Transfer Date as determined by reference to the audited financial statements of such Borrower for such financial years divided by 3.
Relevant Multiple means, in the case of a Super-Option, a multiple of 8 and, in the case of any other Option, a multiple of 4.
