Relevant Audit Report definition

Relevant Audit Report means the Annual Audited Report where an audit by way of the first method [as described in paragraph15(a)] is carried out or the Annual Report with an audit report where an audit by way of the second method [as provided in paragraph 15(b)] is carried out;
