Relevant Account Holders definition

Relevant Account Holders means those Account Holders (other than the Clearing Systems to the extent to which they are account holders with each other for the purposes of operating the "bridge" between them) to whose securities clearance accounts Instruments represented by the relevant Global Instrument are, on the Determination Date, credited, and any reference to a "Relevant Account Holder" is to any one of them.​1.2ClausesAny reference in this Deed of Covenant to a Clause is, unless otherwise stated, to a clause hereof.1.3Other agreementsAll references in this Deed of Covenant to an agreement, instrument or other document (including the Base Prospectus, the Dealership Agreement and the Fiscal Agency Agreement) shall be construed as a reference to that agreement, instrument or other document as the same may be amended, supplemented, replaced or novated from time to time. Relevant Account Holders means the Senior Relevant Account Holders and the Subordinated Relevant Account Holders.

Examples of Relevant Account Holders in a sentence

  • In the event of a dispute, the determination of the Relevant Time by the Relevant Clearing System shall (in the absence of manifest error) be final and conclusive for all purposes in connection with the Relevant Account Holders with securities accounts with the Relevant Clearing System.

  • The records of the Relevant Clearing System shall be conclusive evidence of the identity of the Relevant Account Holders and the number of Underlying Notes credited to the securities account of each Relevant Account Holder.

  • This Deed of Guarantee shall take effect as a Deed Poll for the benefit of the Holders and the Relevant Account Holders from time to time.

  • As a result, nothing in this Clause 10 (Law and jurisdiction) prevents the Holders and Relevant Account Holders from taking proceedings relating to a Dispute ("Proceedings") in any other courts with jurisdiction.

  • Clause 10.2 (English courts) is for the benefit of the Holders and the Relevant Account Holders only.

  • Any such certification shall be binding, except in the case of manifest error or as may be ordered by any court of competent jurisdiction, upon the Guarantor and all Holders and Relevant Account Holders.

Related to Relevant Account Holders

  • Relevant Account Holder means any account holder with the Relevant Clearing System which has Underlying Notes (as defined in the definition of “Global Bearer Note”) credited to its securities account from time to time;

  • Relevant Accounts means, in respect of any Interest Payment Date, the most recently published audited unconsolidated annual financial statements of UBS Group AG prepared in accordance with the Swiss Code.

  • Joint Account Holder means a person in whose name a Joint Account is maintained;

  • Merchant Account means an account used to submit credit card or debit card transactions or process credit card or debit card transactions.

  • Account Holder The term “Account Holder” means the person listed or identified as the holder of a Financial Account. A person, other than a Financial Institution, holding a Financial Account for the benefit of another person as an agent, a custodian, a nominee, a signatory, an investment advisor, an intermediary, or as a legal guardian, is not treated as the Account Holder. In these circumstances that other person is the Account Holder. For example in the case of a parent/child relationship where the parent is acting as a legal guardian, the child is regarded as the Account Holder. With respect to a jointly held account, each joint holder is treated as an Account Holder.

  • Participant Account means that separate account maintained under the Plan to record the amount that a Participant has contributed to the Plan during an Offering Period.

  • Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.

  • Dormant Account means the Customer’s trading account in which there have been no trades for a period of more than 60 Calendar days.

  • Grant Account means the account opened by the Association on its books in the name of the Borrower to which the amount of the Grant is credited.”

  • Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.

  • Linked Account means any controlled disbursement account or other deposit account at any time linked to any of the Collection Accounts maintained at Truist Financial Corp. by a zero balance account connection or other automated funding mechanism.

  • Earnings Accounts means the bank accounts of each of the Obligors from time to time each of which shall be held with the Agent or any of the Agent’s corresponding banks and to which all the Earnings and any proceeds of the Insurances shall be paid.

  • Earnings Account means, in relation to a Ship, an account in the name of the Borrower owning that Ship with the Account Bank designated as the Earnings Account for that Ship, or any other account (with the Account Bank or the Agent or with another bank or financial institution acceptable to the Majority Lenders) for the purpose of receiving all charter hire and other amounts paid under the relevant Time Charter;

  • Eligible Account Holder means any Person holding a Qualifying Deposit on the Eligibility Record Date for purposes of determining Subscription Rights and establishing subaccount balances in the liquidation accounts to be established pursuant to Section 15 hereof.

  • Joint Account means an Account opened in more than one name;

References to such amounts will include amounts that have become due and payable, but which have not been paid, prior to the exercise of any Danish Statutory Loss Absorption Powers by the Relevant Resolution Authority;

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Subaccounts is defined in Section 8.02(a) of the Indenture.

  • Cash Management Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(a).
