Concentration Account Bank definition

Concentration Account Bank shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.01(e)(i).

Concentration Account Bank means the bank holding the Concentration Account.

Concentration Account Bank means any bank or other financial institution at which the Concentration Account is maintained.

• The Seller has delivered to the Administrative Agent a fully executed Account Control Agreement relating to each Concentration Account, pursuant to which each applicable Concentration Account Bank has agreed to comply with the instructions originated by the Administrative Agent directing the disposition of funds in such Concentration Account without further consent by the Seller, the Servicer or any other Person.

• The Servicer shall only terminate a Collection Account Bank or Concentration Account Bank or close a Concentration Account or a Collection Account (or a related Lock-Box), in each case, with the prior written consent (not to be unreasonably withheld conditioned or delayed) of the Administrative Agent (and in the case of a Collection Account, the applicable Originator).

• The Seller (or the Servicer on its behalf) will cause each Concentration Account Bank to comply with the terms of each applicable Account Control Agreement.

More Definitions of Concentration Account Bank

Concentration Account Bank means the financial institution at which the Concentration Account is maintained.

Concentration Account Bank means Bank of America, N.A. or, with the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent, another bank or financial institution.

Concentration Account Bank means Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, in its capacity as bank with respect to the Concentration Account.

Concentration Account Bank has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

Concentration Account Bank and “Concentration Accounts Banks” have the meanings specified in Annex A.

Concentration Account Bank means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., and its successors, or another depositary institution mutually acceptable to the Lender and the Servicer/Manager.

Concentration Account Bank shall have the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 2.5(b)(ii).
