Release of Construction Covenants definition

Release of Construction Covenants means the document which evidences Developer's satisfactory completion of the construction of the Developer Improvements, as set forth in Section 409 of this Agreement, substantially in the form which is attached hereto as Attachment No. 9 and incorporated herein by this reference.

Release of Construction Covenants means the certificate, substantially in the form attached hereto as Attachment No. 28, to be issued by the City upon Completion in accordance with Section 324 of this Agreement.

Release of Construction Covenants means the document which shall evidence Developer’s satisfactory completion of the Project, as set forth in Section 305 hereof, substantially in the form of Attachment No. 7 hereto.

Examples of Release of Construction Covenants in a sentence

• The Release of Construction Covenants is not a notice of completion as referred to in Section 3093 of the California Civil Code.

• Any such holder properly completing such improvement shall be entitled, upon compliance with the requirements of Section 310 of this Agreement, to a Release of Construction Covenants.

• The foregoing indemnity shall survive termination of this Agreement and shall continue after Completion and the recordation of the Release of Construction Covenants.

• Agency shall not unreasonably withhold the Release of Construction Covenants.

More Definitions of Release of Construction Covenants

Release of Construction Covenants means that certain Form of Release of Construction Covenants attached hereto as Attachment No. 8.

Release of Construction Covenants means the document which evidences the Developer’s satisfactory completion of the Project, as set forth in Section 5.17, in substantially the form of Attachment No. 11.

Release of Construction Covenants means that document prepared in accordance with Section 714 of this Agreement, in the form attached as Attachment E, which shall evidence that the construction and development of the improvements required by this Agreement has been satisfactorily completed. T. (§220) Schedule of Performance. The term “Schedule of Performance” shall mean that certain Schedule of Performance attached hereto as Attachment F. U. (§221) Site and Site Map. The term “Site” bears the meaning described in Recitals B and C, and Section 102 hereof. The City Parcels, Agency Parcels and Private Parcels are collectively referred to herein as the “Site,” which Site is comprised of approximately 1.57 acres of land area. In the alternative, if Developer is unable to acquire sufficient Site Control over the Private Parcels as needed to incorporate the Private Parcels into the Project, then the “Site” shall refer only to the Agency Parcels, City Parcels, and those Private Parcels over which Developer does have Site Control.

Release of Construction Covenants means the document which shall evidence Developer’s satisfactory completion of Phase I, as set forth in Section 3.5 hereof, substantially in the form of Attachment No. 14 hereto.

Release of Construction Covenants means a release of construction covenants, substantially in the form attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment No. 8.

Release of Construction Covenants means a release document substantially in the form attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment No. 12, to be executed by Agency and recorded in the Official Records upon Developer’s completion of the Project, as described in Section 10.16.
