Reimbursement Authority definition

Reimbursement Authority means any national, regional, state or local regulatory agency, department, bureau, commission, council or other governmental entity whose review and/or approval of pricing or reimbursement is required following Regulatory Approval by the Regulatory Authority in the applicable jurisdiction.
Reimbursement Authority means the regulatory authority of any country in the Territory with responsibility for setting the Reimbursement Price in such country.
