Regular Cash Dividend definition

Regular Cash Dividend means cash dividends paid on the Shares in any fiscal year of the Corporation to the extent that such cash dividends do not exceed in the aggregate in any fiscal year the greatest of:
Regular Cash Dividend means any cash dividend declared by a Reference Company on its Reference Shares in accordance with the Reference Company's publicly announced regular common equity dividend policy.
Regular Cash Dividend means a quarterly Cash dividend at the current rate of $0.33 per share (which is the amount publicly declared and in effect as of the Closing Date) on the common Capital Stock of Super Holdco, commencing in the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2014.

  • Such payments shall be paid on the payment date of the related Regular Cash Dividend or, if no Regular Cash Dividend is paid by the Company during any Quarterly Period, on the last day of the relevant Contingent Interest Period.

Regular Cash Dividend means the regular quarterly cash distributions as declared by the Board of Trustees as part of the Company’s dividend payment practice or stated cash dividend payment practice or stated cash dividend policy then in effect, as well as any dividends declared by the Board of Trustees that are necessary to preserve the Company’s status as a real estate investment trust for federal income tax purposes, whether publicly announced or not.
