Registration Rights Holder definition

Registration Rights Holder means, each of the Investors, any employee party to a Management Stockholder’s Agreement (but only to the extent that such employee is entitled to registration rights thereunder), and any other person entitled to incidental or piggyback registration rights pursuant to an agreement with the Company.
Registration Rights Holder means any stockholder of the Company that has been granted registration rights by the Company.
Registration Rights Holder means each holder of an Allowed Claim receiving a distribution pursuant to the Plan of ten percent (10%) or greater of the Reorganized Dynegy Common Stock.

The Company shall have the right to terminate or withdraw any Registration Statement initiated by it under this subsection 2.2.1 before the effective date of such Registration, whether or not any Piggyback Registration Rights Holder has elected to include Registrable Securities in such Registration.
