REGIONAL EVENT definition

REGIONAL EVENT means a regional event inscribed as such on the MSA Calendar or on a regional sporting calendar of MSA open only to licence holders in the region inscribing the event or with the permission of MSA, to licence holders domiciled in one additional region.
