If an Early Dissolution Event specified in clause (b) occurs, the Trust shall be liquidated by the Trustee on the date of distribution of the Debentures specified by the Depositor in its notice delivered pursuant to Section 8.
Upon the occurrence of any Early Dissolution Event, the Trust shall dissolve and the Property Trustee and the Regular Trustees shall wind up the affairs of the Trust in accordance with Section 9.4 hereof and Section 3808 of the Delaware Statutory Trust Act.
