Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.
concentrates means flavoring ingredients and, depending on the product, sweeteners used to prepare syrups or finished beverages;
Unrefined and unprocessed ore means ore in its natural form prior to any processing, such as grinding, roasting, beneficiating, or refining.
Excluded Amount means, as of any date of determination, with respect to any Asset: (a) any amount that is attributable to the reimbursement of payment by the applicable Borrower of any tax, fee or other charge imposed by any Governmental Authority on such Asset, (b) any interest or fees (including origination, agency, structuring, management or other up-front fees) that are for the account of the applicable Person from whom the applicable Borrower purchased such Asset, (c) any reimbursement of insurance premiums relating to such Asset, (d) any escrows relating to taxes, insurance and other amounts in connection with such Asset which are held in an escrow account for the benefit of the applicable Borrower pursuant to escrow arrangements under the Investment Documents and (e) any amount deposited into the Asset Account in error.
Alcohol concentration means the number of grams of alcohol per:
Refiner means any person who owns, operates, or otherwise controls a refinery.
Petroleum liquids means crude oil, condensate, and any finished or intermediate products manufactured or extracted in a petroleum refinery.
Concentrate means the product of a process of extraction of metal or a metallic mineral from mineral ore that results in substantial enrichment of the metal or metallic mineral concerned;
Petroleum Substances means petroleum, natural gas, natural gas liquids, related hydrocarbons and any and all other substances, whether liquid, solid or gaseous, whether hydrocarbons or not, produced or producible in association with any of the foregoing.
Included Assets has the meaning in Section 5.1(d)(ii)(A).
Excluded Asset means any asset of any Grantor excluded from the security interest hereunder by virtue of Section 2.2 hereof but only to the extent, and for so long as, so excluded thereunder.
Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.
Transport vehicle means a motor vehicle or rail car used for the transportation of cargo by any mode. Each cargo-carrying body (trailer, railroad freight car, etc.) is a separate transport vehicle.
Total hydrocarbons (THC) means the sum of all volatile compounds measurable by a flame ionization detector (FID).
Chemical Storage Facility means a building, portion of a building, or exterior area adjacent to a building used for the storage of any chemical or chemically reactive products.
Petroleum Products means gasolines and petroleum oil distillates or blend stocks as further described in Item 10.
iron ore concentrates means products (whether in pellet or other form) resulting from secondary processing but does not include metallised agglomerates;
Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.
Other Minerals means sulphur, lignite, coal, uranium, thorium, iron, geothermal steam, water, carbon dioxide, helium and all other minerals, ores or substances of value whether or not generally produced from a wellbore in conjunction with the production of oil and gas.
Excluded Receivables means, as of any date of determination, all accounts receivable referred to in Item 1 of Schedule 7.01.
Fuel burning equipment means any furnace, boiler, apparatus, stack and all associated equipment, used in the process of burning fuel.

Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:
Ozone-depleting substance means any substance the Environmental Protection Agency designates in 40 CFR part 82 as--
Liquefied petroleum gas means a mixture of light hydrocarbons (predominantly propane, butane) that is gaseous under conditions of ambient temperature and pressure and that is maintained in a liquid state by an increase of pressure or lowering of temperature;
Retained asset account means any mechanism whereby the settlement of proceeds payable under a policy or contract is accomplished by the insurer or an entity acting on behalf of the insurer depositing the proceeds into an account with check or draft writing privileges, where those proceeds are retained by the insurer or its agent, pursuant to a supplementary contract not involving annuity benefits other than death benefits.
