Reference Currency Notional Amount definition

Reference Currency Notional Amount means in respect of a Non-Deliverable Transaction, the amount in the Reference Currency agreed between you and us and specified as such in the related Confirmation;
Reference Currency Notional Amount means the quantity of Reference Currency specified as such in the applicable Final Terms.

Examples of Reference Currency Notional Amount in a sentence

  • Parties must specify either (a) a Notional Amount and a Reference Currency Notional Amount or (b) a Forward Rate and either a Notional Amount or a Reference Currency Notional Amount.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, OTC Clear will only accept an Original Non Deliverable FX Derivatives Transaction for registration if both the Forward Rate and at least one of (a) Notional Amount or (b) Reference Currency Notional Amount are specified in such Original Non Deliverable FX Derivatives Transaction.

  • Reference Currency Notional Amount means an amount that represents the amount that the Issuer was due to pay in Renminbi under this Global Note.

  • If the value of the Notional Amount in the Reference Currency at the prevailing spot exchange rate on the Fixing Date is greater than the Reference Currency Notional Amount payment of the difference shall be made by WUBS on the Maturity Date.

  • NDF Settlement.on the fixing date of an NDF WUBS will determine the amount payable by calculating the difference between the Reference Currency Notional Amount and the value of the Notional Amount in the Reference Currency at the prevailing spot exchange rate.

  • If the value of the Notional Amount in the Reference Currency at the prevailing spot exchange rate on the Fixing Date is less than the Reference Currency Notional Amount payment of the difference must be made by the Client to WUBS on the Maturity Date (Delivery Date/Value Date).
