Related Confirmation means the Confirmation relating to certain total return swap transactions referencing the Class A-R Notes and certain bonds, dated as of December 4, 2013, with UBS Reference Number: 85242362 between Party A and Party B, amended and restated as of September 26, 2014 and as further amended as of the Amendment Effective Date, as the same may be further amended, modified or otherwise supplemented from time to time.
