Redemption Instalment definition

Redemption Instalment means each redemption installment as set out in Redemption Schedule as set out in Section 12.7.1(A) of Part B hereof.

  • The Company undertakes and covenants that the Company shall repay and redeem, each Redemption Instalment on the Scheduled Redemption Dates.

  • Unless previously redeemed, or purchased and cancelled as specified in these Conditions, the Bonds (assuming them to be fully paid up) will be redeemed in twenty equal instalments (each a Redemption Instalment) of £50 per £1,000 in original nominal amount on each Interest Payment Date from, and including, 9th January, 2039 to, and including, the Maturity Date (each an Instalment Redemption Date).

  • The principal of the Bonds in each Tranche to be redeemed in 5 (five) equal annual instalments commencing at the end of 3rd year from the Issue Date of the respective Tranche and each one year from there after unless otherwise agreed amongst the Trustee and the Issuer:Instalment No. The Redemption Instalment stated above cannot be changed or amended without prior approval of the Bangladesh Bank and consent of the Issuer.

  • Instalment Repayment Amount means, in respect of each Loan and each Loan Instalment Repayment Date, an amount equal to (a) the outstanding balance of the Loan as at such Loan Instalment Repayment Date multiplied by (b) the aggregate Redemption Instalment to be paid by the Issuer on the Bonds on the immediately following Instalment Redemption Date divided by the aggregate Outstanding Principal Amount of the Bonds as at such Loan Instalment Repayment Date.

Related to Redemption Instalment

  • Redemption Amount means, as appropriate, the Final Redemption Amount, the Early Redemption Amount (Tax), the Optional Redemption Amount (Call), the Optional Redemption Amount (Put), the Early Termination Amount or such other amount in the nature of a redemption amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Debenture Redemption Date means, with respect to any Debentures to be redeemed under the Indenture, the date fixed for redemption under the Indenture.

  • Redemption Call Purchase Price has the meaning ascribed thereto in section 5.2(a);

  • Call and Put Redemption Amount means GBP 1 per Preference Share.

  • Redemption Call Right has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Plan of Arrangement.

  • Optional Redemption Premium means, with respect to any Series, the premium (expressed as a percentage of the Liquidation Preference of the shares of such Series) payable by the Fund upon the redemption of MuniFund Term Preferred Shares of such Series at the option of the Fund, as set forth in the Appendix for such Series.

  • Minimum Redemption Amount has the meaning specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Redemption Payment Date As defined in Section 13.1.

  • Final Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Maturity Redemption Payment means an amount per Deposit to which you are entitled on the Maturity Date based on the performance of the Reference Portfolio which is equal to your Principal Amount x (1 + Variable Return).

  • Redemption Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to redeem Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest on the Debenture and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Redemption Calculation Date means the sixth Payment Business Day prior to the date on which the Notes are redeemed as a result of any event specified in this § 5(3).(b) Notice of redemption shall be given by the Issuer to the Holders in accordance with § 14 and shall be delivered to the Fiscal Agent not less than 15 days before and shall at least specify:

  • Sinking Fund Redemption Date Has the meaning specified in Section 6.06 of the Indenture.

  • Final Redemption Date means for each Series, the final redemption date specified in the Final Terms for such Series.

  • Minimum Redemption means, in relation to the Euro Non-RDR ‘Retail’ Unhedged Distribution Shares, a minimum redemption of €250 or such lesser amount as may be agreed by the Directors;

  • Redemption Dates means, collectively, the Event of Default Redemption Dates, and the Optional Redemption Dates, each of the foregoing, individually, a Redemption Date.

  • Redemption Premium means (i) in the case of the Events of Default described in Section 4(a)(i) - (vi) and (ix) - (xii), 125% or (ii) in the case of the Events of Default described in Section 4(a)(vii) - (viii), 100%.

  • Tax Redemption Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 16.02(a).

  • Redemption Date when used with respect to any Security to be redeemed, means the date fixed for such redemption by or pursuant to this Indenture.

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Call) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Optional Redemption Price means $25,000 per share plus an amount equal to accumulated but unpaid dividends (whether or not earned or declared) to the date fixed for redemption and excluding Additional Dividends plus any applicable redemption premium attributable to the designation of a Premium Call Period.

  • Final Preference Share Redemption Amount means, subject to the provisions of the Articles and the Conditions, in respect of each Preference Share, an amount expressed in the Settlement Currency determined by the Calculation Agent equal to the Notional Amount multiplied by:

  • Redemption Fund means the fund by that name established pursuant to Section 5.04.

  • Monthly Redemption Amount means, as to a Monthly Redemption, one seventh of the original principal amount at 110% of such principal amount, plus accrued but unpaid interest, liquidated damages and any other amounts then owing to the Holder in respect of this Note.

  • Final Preference Share Redemption Date means the date that falls twenty Business Days following the Valuation Date on which the Calculation Agent has determined the Final Preference Share Redemption Amount or, if earlier, the first Auto-Call Valuation Date on which an Auto-Call Trigger Event has occurred.
