Redemption Premium means 125%.
Redemption Premium means (i) in the case of the Events of Default described in Section 4(a)(i) - (vi) and (ix) - (xii), 125% or (ii) in the case of the Events of Default described in Section 4(a)(vii) - (viii), 100%.
