Recognised Unit definition

Recognised Unit means a certified bargaining unit or a unit otherwise recognised as represented by the Union for collective bargaining purposes.

  • Said Unit means the said Flat, the said Vehicle Parking Space, (if any), and the right of common use of the Common Portions and wherever the context so intends or permits, shall also include the Said Undivided Share.

The allocation of LTIP Units among the Partners shall be set forth on Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Public procurement unit means either a local public procurement unit or a state public procurement unit.

  • Membership Unit means a Membership Common Unit, a Company Preferred Unit, a Company Junior Unit or any other fractional share of the Membership Interests that the Managing Member has authorized pursuant to Section 4.1 or Section 4.2 hereof.

  • Common Unitholder means a Member who is the registered holder of Common Units.

  • GP Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a GP Unit of the Partnership.

  • Depositary Share means the security representing a 1/25th fractional interest in a share of Preferred Stock deposited with the Depositary hereunder and the same proportionate interest in any and all other property received by the Depositary in respect of such share of Preferred Stock and held under this Deposit Agreement, all as evidenced by the Receipts issued hereunder. Subject to the terms of this Deposit Agreement, each owner of a Depositary Share is entitled, proportionately, to all the rights, preferences and privileges of the Preferred Stock represented by such Depositary Share (including the dividend, voting, redemption and liquidation rights contained in the Certificate of Designations).

  • Unit and “Quality” means the unit and quantity specified in the schedule.

  • Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.

  • LLC Unit means a common limited liability interest in the Company.

  • Moderate-income unit means a restricted unit that is affordable to a moderate-income household.

  • Phantom Unit means a notional Unit granted under the Plan which upon vesting entitles the Participant to receive, at the time of settlement, a Unit or an amount of cash equal to the Fair Market Value of a Unit, as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion.

  • General Partner Unit means a fractional part of the General Partner Interest having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the General Partner Interest. A General Partner Unit is not a Unit.

  • Bargaining Unit Member or “employee” means a University employee who is included in the bargaining unit as defined in Article 2: “Recognition and Scope”.

  • Covered Units means, with respect to each Unitholder, such Unitholder’s Existing Units, together with any WMLP Common Units that such Unitholder becomes the Record Holder or beneficial owner of on or after the date hereof.
