Assisted Unit definition

Assisted Unit means a Unit that is subject to the Program’s rent and/or occupancy restrictions as a result of the financial assistance provided by the Program, as specified in the Regulatory Agreement.
Assisted Unit means a housing unit that is Affordable because of financial assistance from the Trust Fund.

  • Each Eligible Household selected to occupy an Assisted Unit in the Development shall enter into a written rental or occupancy agreement with the Borrower, the form of which shall be subject to approval by the Department and be consistent with the Program Requirements.

  • Upon termination of occupancy of a County- Assisted Unit by a Tenant, such Unit will be deemed to be continuously occupied by a household of the same income level as the initial income level of the vacating Tenant, until such unit is reoccupied, at which time categorization of the Unit will be established based on the occupancy requirements of Section 2.1.

  • If the number of occupied PRA Assisted Units at the property falls below the Total Number of Assisted Units listed in Exhibit 1 of Part I of the RAC, the Owner will designate the next available appropriate unit as an Assisted Unit until the total number of occupied PRA Assisted Units meets the Total Number of Assisted Units listed in Exhibit 1 or Part I of the RAC.

Assisted Unit means a residential housing unit that is subject to rent, income, occupancy, or other restrictions associated with a Homekey site.
