Receivables Trustee Account Bank means HSBC Bank plc, a public limited company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales with registration number 14259, having its registered office at 0 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx X00 0XX, Xxxxxxx, and/or any successor account bank;
