Receivables Reserve definition

Receivables Reserve means per Country an amount equal to twenty percent (20%) of the accounts receivable balance in the respective Country as of the day immediately preceding the issuance day of the final Local Statement for that Country pursuant to Section 4.2.
Receivables Reserve. Such Reserves as may be established from time to time by the Agent, in the Agent’s reasonable discretion, based upon the Agent’s determination of the collectability of Eligible Credit Card Receivables in the ordinary course and of the creditworthiness of the Account Debtors, Credit Card Issuers, and Credit Card Processors.
Receivables Reserve means the reserve for the Receivables on a Customer-by-Customer basis set forth in the Receivables Listing, determined in accordance with GAAP, which amount shall be deemed to be the amount of the Receivables Reserve set forth on the Receivables Listing, unless and until such amount is determined to be otherwise in accordance with Section 2.07(c).

Examples of Receivables Reserve in a sentence

  • The Trustee shall possess all right, title and interest in all funds on deposit from time to time in the Revolving Receivables Reserve Account and in all proceeds thereof.

  • If at any time, the institution holding the Revolving Receivables Reserve Account ceases to be a Qualified Institution, the Trustee shall within 10 Business Days establish a new Revolving Receivables Reserve Account meeting the conditions specified above with a Qualified Institution, and shall transfer any cash or any investments to such new Revolving Receivables Reserve Account.

More Definitions of Receivables Reserve

Receivables Reserve means an amount equal to the best estimate of the amount of doubtful accounts in relation to the Receivables determined in a manner consistent with the practices of the SpinCo Business in the twelve (12) months prior to the Closing Date and in accordance with the Company’s applicable policies and procedures for the SpinCo Business.
Receivables Reserve means the reserve for the Receivables on a Customer-by- Customer basis set forth in the Receivables Listing, determined in accordance with GAAP, which amount shall be deemed to be the amount of the Receivables Reserve set forth on the Receivables Listing, unless and until such amount is determined to be otherwise in accordance with Section 2.07(c).
Receivables Reserve has the meaning set forth in Section 1.7(a).
Receivables Reserve means, as of any date of determination, those reserves that Agent deems necessary or appropriate, in its Permitted Discretion and subject to Section 2.1(c) of the Agreement, to establish and maintain (including reserves for rebates, discounts, DSA fees, NLC fees, customer chargebacks, warranty claims, and returns) with respect to the Eligible Accounts or the Maximum Revolver Amount.
Receivables Reserve shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1.1.
Receivables Reserve means, at any time of determination, an amount equal to the outstanding principal amount owned by the Receivables Subsidiary on any instrument made by it in connection with a Receivables Securitization Program and which is payable to the order of a seller of Receivables Program Assets.
