Credit Card Processors means any entity that provides credit card processing services to the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.

• No Loan Party shall maintain any bank accounts or enter into any agreements with Credit Card Issuers or Credit Card Processors other than the ones expressly contemplated herein or in Section 6.12 hereof.

Credit Card Processors shall have the meaning given such term in Section 8.02(i).

Credit Card Processors with respect to each Borrower, any servicing or processing agent or any financial intermediary who facilitates, services, processes or manages the credit authorization, billing transfer and/or payment procedures with respect to any of such Borrower’s sales transactions involving credit card or debit card purchases by customers using credit cards or debit cards issued by any Credit Card Issuer. Curative Equity: common equity contributions made to Parent which Parent contributes as additional common equity contributions to any Borrower and which is designated “Curative Equity” by Borrower Agent under Section 10.4 at the time it is contributed.

Curative Equity: common equity contributions made to Parent which Parent contributes as additional common equity contributions to any Borrower and which is designated “Curative Equity” by Borrower Agent under Section 10.4 at the time it is contributed.

Credit Card Processors means, collectively, Scotiabank de Costa Rica, S.A., Banco Mercantil del Norte S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, Grupo Financiero Banorte, Banco Santander (México), Institución de Banca Múltiple, Grupo Financiero Santander México, PayPal Pte. Ltd, American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc., Evo Payments Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V. (as assignor of Banco Nacional de Mexico, S.A., Integrante del Grupo Financiero Banamex), U.S. Bank National Association, U.S. Bank National Association, acting through its Canadian branch, Elavon Canada Company, Elavon Financial Services Limited (U.K. Branch), Worldpay (UK) Limited, Worldpay Limited, Worldpay AP Limited, and any other entity that provides credit card processing services to the Loan Parties.

Credit Card Processors means the credit card clearinghouses and processors used by the Loan Parties and listed in the Perfection Certificate as of the date of this Agreement, or otherwise disclosed in writing to the Agent by the Loan Parties from time to time following the date of this Agreement.

Credit Card Processors means any Person who has entered into an agreement with TMN, the Transferor or any Affiliate of TMN or the Transferor to acquire, process and settle credit card transactions against Members' Credit Card Accounts in connection with the purchase of Meals by a Member under the Registered Card Program or the Private Label Program.

Credit Card Processors shall have the meaning provided in Section 10.01(xi).
