If any one or more of the covenants or agreements provided herein on the part of the Agency or the Real Estate Owner to be performed shall, for any reason, be held or shall, in fact, be inoperative, unenforceable or contrary to law in any particular case, such circumstance shall not render the provision in question inoperative or unenforceable in any other case or circumstance.
