Focal will endeavor to supply Radiopharmaceutical(s) incorporated into a First Generation Product to Ciba and Chiron under Article 8; it is understood, however, that Focal has no rights to any Radiopharmaceutical as of the Effective Date and makes no representation or warranty that Focal will obtain rights to supply such Radiopharmaceutical.
