Quotaholders' Agreement definition

Quotaholders' Agreement means the agreement executed on 23 January 2003 between the Issuer, the Originator, the Quotaholders and the Representative of the Noteholders, as from time to time modified in accordance with the provisions therein contained and including any agreement or other document expressed to be supplemental thereto.

Quotaholders' Agreement means the quotaholders' agreement executed on 23 June 2005 between the Issuer, the Quotaholders, Morgan Stanley Bank International Limited and Tronador - Consultoria Económica Lda, as from time to time modified in accordance with the provisions therein contained and including any agreement or other document expressed to be supplemental thereto.
