Central fill pharmacy means a pharmacy contracting with an originating pharmacy, or having the same owner as an originating pharmacy, that provides centralized prescription drug order filling on behalf of the originating pharmacy pursuant to these rules.
South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.
SAQA means the South African Qualifications Authority;
EUMA means the “SAP Delivered Support Agreement” which sets out the terms and conditions under which SAP provides support to End Users and which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.

Major EU Country means one or more of the following countries within the European Union: France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.
BOQ means Bill of Quantity or the Price Schedule in which rates for the e-tender should be quoted and uploaded online on the e-tender website.
NCAA means the National Collegiate Athletic Association, and its successor. international voyage means a voyage from a country to which the present Convention applies to a port outside such country, or conversely.
relevant minimum wage means the minimum wage and includes any incremental adjustment prescribed in this award for the class of work for which an employee is engaged
Portugal means the territory of the Portuguese Republic situated in the European Continent, the Archipelagoes of Azores and Madeira, the respective territorial sea and any other zone in which, according to Portuguese and International Law, the Portuguese Republic has:
PMU means the Project Management Unit established in accordance with paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to this Loan Agreement;
EU GDPR means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
Major Market Country means each of the United States, Japan, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.
TELRIC means Total Element Long-Run Incremental Cost.
Minimum Transaction Size means the minimum value of subsequent subscriptions,
SAP SDK means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Software” means SAP Group Software as well as Third Party Software.
EUWA means the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018;
COGSA means the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act of the United States of America approved on 16th April 1936.
Minimum Trade Price means the lowest Spot Price of the Units (subject to any adjustment to such Spot Price as may be necessary to reflect any event as contemplated in Product Condition 3 such as capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or the like) during the MCE Valuation Period;
